Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Glamtastic Nails via glamtasticnails.com.au. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. We are committed to providing high-quality press-on nails and excellent customer service. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Change of Mind Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been shipped.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, you may contact us immediately to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation once order preparation has begun.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect (wrong product sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glamtasticnails.com.au with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A store credit

  • A full refund

We reserve the right to request the item be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or refund (where approved):

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must not be worn, applied, or altered

  • The item must be in its original packaging

For hygiene reasons, worn or opened nail sets cannot be refunded.

Custom or personalised nail sets are non-refundable, unless faulty.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.

5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using tracked postage, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Return instructions will be provided once your request has been approved.

6. Sale Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are final sale and are not eligible for refund unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
